Q: Is this a free service?
A: Yes! You can start with our free Basic Listing, which will forever be free.

Q: What does your free Basic Listing include?
A: Our free Basic Listing includes:
– up to 4 images
– a description of your business
– direct contact through email
– location information

Q: How would someone contact my business if there isn’t a telephone number?
A: Each listing has a “Contact This Vendor” button and when clicked, reveals a form that the visitor can use to send you an email. You will receive all emails sent through that form and can reply to them directly.

Q: How do I get my business listed on VendorsForEvents.com?
A: Visit our “Add a Listing” page and complete the short form there. You’ll then receive login information to complete your listing and submit it for approval before it’s published on the site.

Q: How do you all actually promote my business?
A: We promote every listing — free and paid — in the following ways:
– by optimizing the listing to be found on Google when people search for your business name
– in our blog posts and other content
– on our social media
– recommending relevant vendors when people call us
– forwarding Requests for Quotations to relevant vendors

Q: How do you get your telephone number on your listing so people can call you?
A: By upgrading to our paid packages. Our paid packages include more photos, multiple contact methods including telephone and text messaging, links to website and social media, video, and paid promotion on our social media. Please see our Advertising page for more details.

A: Our directory consists of free and paid business listings. Our paid listings include telephone numbers, while our free listings do not.

Q: How do I contact a business without a telephone number on the listing?
A: Every listing has a “Contact This Vendor” button that you can use to send an email message directly to that business. Our vendors would typically respond to your emailed query within 1 business day.
